How to Map a Slot to a Value in Vue

The word slot is a noun that originated in the late 14c. It originally meant a hollow on the throat just above the breastbone. The word slod has similar origins, though its exact meaning is unclear. Its use in the sense of “to drop a coin into” dates from 1888. In modern English, it is often used to refer to a job opening. In sports, the word slot refers to an area between two hockey faceoff circles. In some sports, the slot is also referred to as scoring area.

While the term “Slot” was originally used to refer to a particular type of component, it has now branched out to include other types of components. As such, instead of using a single “normal” component, you can use a reusable component. The underlying technology is a component that can be reused in a variety of situations. This makes the development process much easier, and the Vue team encourages new ideas for slot components.

To map a specific slot type to a specific value, you must first define a slot type. This defines what types of information the bot should look for in the slot value. The value must be in extended ISO-8601 format to be accepted by most chatbots. For example, the entity value “New York” could have a synonym: Big Apple, NYC, and so on. The Dialog Engine understands this and maps it to the correct entity.
